- REGENT Business School will use reasonable endeavours to maintain the website. The website is subject to change from time to time. You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use any part of the website or because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the website due to circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellation Policy
The request for cancellation must be in writing and forwarded to study@regent.ac.za. The cancellation will only be confirmed once an acceptance of cancellation has been acknowledged by REGENT Business School. Cancellations that occur after the 14 day period will result in the student being liable for full fees. Cancellations before the 14 day period will result in the student being liable for the registration fee.
Refund Policy
A customer can apply for a refund. This must be sent via email to info@rbssociety.co.za Customer entitled to a refund will be refunded within 30 working days upon receipt of a completed refund application form. An administrative fee may be levied.
Payment Methods
REGENT Business School accepts MasterCard and VISA credit cards. If you do not have a credit card please utilise an alternate payment options being SiD SECURE EFT. REGENT Business School uses the strictest form of encryption, and no credit card details are stored on the website. Student details will be stored by REGENT Business School separately from card details.
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transactions Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
The payment merchant Paygate is the authorised payment solution.
Security Policy
SECURING CARD DATA
PayGate will maintain Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance and as such PayGate is responsible for securely storing, processing and transmitting card data to the PCI compliance standard. If/when the Merchant makes use of any PayGate product which results in the Merchant storing, processing or transmitting card data, then the Merchant shall be responsible for securing this data in accordance with the PCI compliance standard.
Monitoring
REGENT Business School has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any activity and content associated with the website. The institution may investigate any reported violation of these conditions or complaints and take any action that it deems appropriate (which may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating or attaching conditions to your access and/or removing any materials from the website).
Law
The conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute save that REGENT Business School has the right, at its sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.
Updating of These Terms and Conditions
REGENT Business School reserves the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of the terms and conditions from time to time. Changes to these terms and conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this website. It is the user’s obligation to periodically check these terms and conditions at the website for changes or updates. The users continued use of this website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the user’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these terms and conditions, including such changes or updates.
Consent
I understand that all the designs and trademarks are registered to REGENT Business School and hereby accept the terms and conditions. I undertake not to copy / duplicate the trademarks and designs thereof. Should I be found to be in violation of this agreement I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by REGENT Business School for any civil action or any legal action deemed necessary against me.
